i have a web host and i have already purchased a domain name, can i use both

  i have spent the past 6 weeks making a website on WIX, only to find out that my web host cannot support that site, once it is completed and launched. We have a secured private server with our webhost, and we would like to keep that, but i need a content manager, and i need to create my own website for our company, which we already have a domain – paid for for three years – Biancosmcg.com and .ca. i still need to use these as well. Will this all be possible with WordPress?

  You’d best read this first: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You can import your content here, but not your design. And you cannot use WordPress.com with an external host. For that you need WordPress.org.
