  I have a wordpress site, used to be administrated by another person. Now I will administrate it. The other person gave me a .xml file. How can a restore the web page again?

  What is the site you need help with?

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites. If you want to import the content in the file you have to a new site on WordPress.com, please first create a new site at https://wordpress.com/start/site/

  Once you’ve done that, you can then import the file at My Site ->Settings ->Import:
