Hi @flame45, would you send a link to the affected site, and also send a few email addresses of those who are not receiving emails? You can type the addresses here as plain text; our forums will automatically redact them from all but staff.
I noticed you do have one site listed on this account, but no published posts yet. People won’t get a notification until you make a new post.

You don’t have any posts published on that site, so no followers would have received any email notifications of new posts so far.
Email notifications are only sent when new posts are published, and so far on that site you have only published six pages. Pages don’t generate notification emails, as they’re meant for permanent content and does not form part of your site’s news feed.

so how do I publish a posts? they are different from pages? I published all my pages… but not my posts?
thanks,

To publish a post, go to My Site ->Site ->Posts, or click the Write button in the admin bar – that will always open the post editor, not the page editor.
The page I linked to above also links to https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/ which has more details.
