I have a wordpress site but just need an account. what do I do???

  I’m the administrator of a wordpress site. Apparently we need a wordpress ‘account’ to access the support for our woocommerce plugins or something. Why don’t we already have an account when we have a wordpress site? And/or how do I set up an account while already having a site?

  There is a difference between here (WordPress.com) and the WordPress.org software used on sites hosted elsewhere.
  You’ve now created this WordPress.com account that you can use “to access the support for our woocommerce plugins or something”. This account is different to the existing account for your unnamed site elsewhere but can be useful in managing it. If you aren’t using it already this is useful: https://jetpack.com/support/
