  That domain is registered with GoDaddy and is also pointed to them. It’s not connected to WordPress.com at this point.

  Any domain-related question would need to be sent to GoDaddy.

  There’s 2 ways to use a domain that you’ve already purchased at WordPress.com.

  1. map it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
  2. transfer it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

  Read over those options and let me know if you have any questions.

  Before the domain is connected you’ll want to add that personal plan to your account. You can purchase it from https://wordpress.com/plans/ and it is refundable for 30 days after purchase.

  Then, you’ll navigate to My Sites – Domains – Add to connect your domain.
