I have a wordpressPremium account and I still cannot access it. I need help. I paid $98.00 and I need to be able to use my account or get a full refund immediately. I was told to wait a couple of days which I have done. I need to talk to someone in person. This site does not appear to be credible. Please advise. I asked for help this past Saturday and am still waiting.

    I need to be able to assess my account but cannot. It keeps telling m that I do not have an account. Where is a live person who can walk me through this process.

    What is the URL of the site for which you bought the Premium Plan?

    You’re posting here as the WordPress.com username, shoeswithoutborders245, and this account has never owned any sites, nor bought any upgrades from us.

    If you have a site with a Premium Plan on WordPress.com, that site belongs to a completely different account.
