  I have already bought my theme and its asking me to get a payed plan why is this happening? I haven’t chosen my domain yet

  If you want to upload a third party theme on a website running on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
  But your site https://strategiaforwarding.com/ is using the open source wordpress.org, so you can install it without paying.

  I have no idea how i created a second website on the wordpress.com platform, I leant to create it in the wordpress.org platform, how can I create a second website on the wordpress.org platform then?

  wordpress.org doesn’t offer a platform to create websites. wordpress.org is open source software you can use to create your website, https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
