I have an old blog that I am trying to find

Hi. I had a blog at Lilbakergirl.com that I had many years ago. For some reason, the Facebook page for this blog has recently been promoted by Facebook and I now have 3k followers on the page. I want to get the old blog posts active again. I no longer use the domain that was connected to this site (suzannedulin.com) for a blog. I just want to find the old posts and connect them to a new domain.
In Manage Blogs I am able to see the domains associated with the old blog, but I cannot find the posts. How do I find the posts? How do I reconnect them to a new domain?

We can’t help you as none of your sites were running on the wordpress.com platform.
Lilbakergirl.com expired long time ago in 2015 and is available for sale. Idem dito for http://suzannedulin.com/. If you didn’t make a proper backup, that site is gone forever. -

I own the the domain. I am seeking the blog posts. I created them on WordPress. I know its crazy old, but since Facebook is promoting it, I thought Id try repubishing the posts, as they are food posts and didnt really age.

Your site wasn’t running over here on the wordpress.com platform, but used the open source software wordpress.org. All content of your site was on the servers of your hosting. So wordpress.com doesn’t have your posts.
You can republish your posts by copying themselve from your FB to your site.
