  Hi there, as long as you are logged in with the username account that purchased the upgrade, you can find out information about the charge in your site’s billing dashboard here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  You can also check here: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  FWIW-It looks like you have a custom domain active on archymdotcom.wordpress.com

  Your account shows yiming-arc.com recently auto renewed — the cost of the renewal was $26. There is a copy of the purchase receipt in your Billing History if you need it:

  Is this the charge you are referring to? If so, do you wish to continue using the domain?

  Hi, I cancelled the order of premium last year. Now I am using the free version. I wonder why WordPress still charge me for that? I would like to ask for refund. Thanks!

  It looks you cancelled the plan but not the domain itself. But don’t worry, I can sort that out for you.

  Once a domain has been cancelled, there is no guarantee you will be able to register it again. If you are sure you won’t need yiming-arc.com again in the future, just reply to me here and I will cancel it and issue a refund.

  Hi zhangjingqiu,

  I’ve cancelled yiming-arc.com and refunded the domain cost. You can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History if you need it:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a few extra days.

  There are now no active upgrades on your account so you won’t be charged for any renewals next year.
