I have another account and i can not access it – no support response – for month

  I have been trying to get into my other account to change email address – now that it has been a month of trying and filling out account recovery forms twice – also sent a letter explaining it in detail to 2 emails of wordpress – still no response – so i have created this account to post on the forum to get some help – what else can i do? – cheers Wayne
