I have been attempting to pay on line annual subscription to upgrade with my debit card. I always get a prompt to correct an issue since the transaction is denied. But I do not find evidence of any issue. How to pay and upgrade?

The payment appear to be getting declined by your bank. This usually means your card is not enabled for international purchases. Please contact your bank directly for help with this.

There must be some other problem. I could make on line payment with the same card for another transaction. The error prompt does not highlight what field needs correction.

I already told you what the most likely cause is. Please contact your bank and make sure your card is enabled for international payments. I never said online payments.

The other successful transaction made by me was also an international payment only. The problem I face is not because the bank declined payment. I would know what is the problem only if the error prompt highlights the field that needs correction. This it does not do.

I asked our billing team to double check, and the problem is as I’ve said above. You are trying to use a card that is not authorized for international payments.
Please contact your bank to sort this out, as there is nothing we can do from our end to force the transaction to go through.
