I have been billed twice. Will you please refund?

  Hello,
  I have been billed $13 twice for domain mapping. It only appears once (4/08/13) in my billing history, but my credit card statement has another $13 charge from WP-FEE.com on 5/08/13. Will you please refund me the second $13 charge?
