Hi,
I have recently been charged for an unused domain name, which I am aware of was my fault. However, I would like to know how to cancel this premium subscription so that I don’t have to pay for it next year. I never received the emails saying it was going to be renewed, as I don’t have access to the email account that it must have been sent to.
How am I able to cancel the old version of the site when I am unable to access the email?
