I have been locked out of my WordPress blog

I have been locked out of my WordPress blog. This is a blog I have installed on my OWN domain which I PAY FOR every month. This is a travel blog so will be logged into from various IP addresses around the world.

How dare you put systems in place that have the ability to lock me out of my own domain.

Please reinstate access to my blog immediately!

Happiness Engineers? I don’t fucking think so!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • @estatepipes your site isn’t hosted here. If you’ll share the error you’re getting though I can try to point you in the right direction.

Thanks, the site is hosted on my own domain.

Jetpack has locked access to it because of trying to log on from an IP address different to my usual. It is a travel blog, so likely to be logging into it from throughout the world.

I cannot whitelist the IP address as suggested on the Jetpack help page shown on wordpress.com because it takes me back to my domain wp-admin log in page which is locked. Go figure!

  • Jetpack has replied to you directly about this via email, so I’ll let them work with you from there.
