I have cancelled my renewal and you just tried to bill me

  Why are you trying to bill me after I canceled my account renewal? Answer please!!!

  Do you have any information on the specific upgrade that was billed? The site URL perhaps?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
