I have expended over 150.00 dollars on working thru WorldPress and have been for three hours trying to obtain help to recover a password without any results

  If you are talking about a wordpress.com account, you can very easy reset your password at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/.
  If you are talking about a site using the open source wordpress.org, we can’t help you. Support for wordpress.org sites is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
