I have just paid for a personal plan, and it states that i am still on the free one

  I have just paid about £30 pounds for a personal plan for my new blog and it still states next to my new blog that I’m on the free plan. I paid through Paypal but have not received an email confirmation as of yet. It has also given me an obscure domain name. Please can you help? myblue870.wordpress.com

  I am not seeing any purchases through your WordPress.com user account nor for that blog with another user account.

  Are you sure that the purchase went through completely?
