I have lost all access to this website

  I try to log in with my user name and password and it comes back to me telling me there is no record of an account by that information. I was in there 3 days ago with no problem but now I cannot seem to get in. I was informed via email that my plug ins were all updated and have not been able to access since then

  First things first: what is the URL of the site you are talking about? from what you tell it looks you are talking about a self-hosted site.
