  I have my website and domian for 4 years. The website is designed by a web designer. I paid for maintenance but when I asked for a website updates, he never did it. Can I transfer my website to your service, So I can update myself? I would like keep my domain and the reviews on Google.

  What is your current site’s URL? It should be possible to transfer it to WordPress.com, but that would depend on how the current site was created.
