I have no access to my site

  I am unable to find my website. I purchased a 2 yr subscription. My cc has been charged. My website is livewith joyandease.com. I tried changing my password and now I’m told I have no WordPress sites. what is going on?

  Your site was created on 21st January. This account/username you are currently logged in to was only created on 25th January. Perhaps you need to be logged in to a different account to reach your site. I’ll tag this thread to ask a member of staff to assist you.

  Can you confirm which site you’re referring to? I noticed the site you mentioned is hosted at GoDaddy and has not been mapped here, at least not yet.
