  i have no idea if i have purchased anything ? I bought a domain for a blog on go dady and was going to transefr it over. I have no idea if wordpress is charging me for anything or what is even set up

  The account you currently are logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com yet — lcklife.wordpress.com is using the free plan.

  I bought a domain for a blog on go dady and was going to transefr it over.

  Which domain do you wish to use here? If the domain is registered through GoDaddy, you will only be paying them for renewal at the moment. Existing domains can be transferred over to WordPress.com and this process requires a paid plan:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

  Once the domain has been transferred to WordPress.com, it will renew with your plan (as one cost) each year.

  Is lcklife.wordpress.com the only site you have created so far?
