I have NO Purchases But Cannot Close Account — Help

  Please Close My Account.

  I have NO active purchases or notifications or sites or anything. I have tried several times to Close My Account through the Account Settings and I get a message to contact support. Please help and close my account .

  Hi there,

  It looks like you still had an old domain mapping subscription from 2011 stuck in your account. I’ve removed that now, so you should now be able to close your account.
