It’s been over 12 days and I have not received my refund is there something wrong, Knowing that you told me that I will receive it in 7-10 business days, I need to know what problem is ?

Have you received a partial refund? I see that $78 of the $96 was refunded to you on 7/6 and you should’ve received that amount by now. However, I just refunded the remaining $18 to you for the domain subscription. That will take 7-10 days to post to your account.

Until now I don’t received neither partial nor complete refund .. knowing that I’m from Morocco and I don’t know how much time that’s takes. -
The original partial refund was sent on the same day as the purchase. Sometimes, credit card provider process this as a reversal instead, meaning the charge has been either canceled or reversed, and you won’t see a traditional refund credit on your statement.
