  Hi there,

  Both payments of $48 you made on 25 May were refunded on the same day. You can see receipts with transaction IDs from our payment processor in your account’s billing history, here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  If one of the refunds are not showing in your account it’s most likely a delay processing it on your bank’s end. Please contact them directly to follow up on this.
