  what am I doing wrong?

  You haven’t done anything wrong :) The pages probably just need to be added to the menu.

  Are you working on 2worldspropertymanagement.com or a WordPress.com site?

  2worldspropertymanagement.com is not using WordPress.com. Instead, it looks to be created on the open source WordPress installation (which is different). Help with that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
