I have opened an account on yesterday and I cannot access it.

  So on yesterday I have opened a new account, today when I ve tried to access it does not allow me( probably I have put a wrong password) the thing is that I have made the account with my company email which is (email visible only to moderators and staff), and now is not working as the DNS settings I think were transfered to your website and a don`t receive emails( so no url for password reset or URL for LOGIN can come into my email)
  Please help me with this or at least refund me the money as I am quite dissapointed that you do not have a contact chat If you are not registered into your website.
