  My name is Diego, and I am writing this forum today with an urgent issue related to my domain “tererecomplice.com,” which is hosted on WildWestDomains but with WordPress as the registrar.

  I am facing a critical problem where my domain has recently expired, and despite having paid for its renewal, my site is currently down. Whenever I attempt to access the renewal purchase, I encounter an error message: “I’m sorry, this user account is not the owner of the product you want to renew.”

  My primary concern is to regain access to my WordPress account associated with “tererecomplice.com” and promptly resolve the domain renewal issue to restore my website’s functionality.

  In addition, I need assistance in identifying the email account linked to the domain “tererecomplice.com” as I may need to use it for verification or communication purposes during this process.
