I have paid for a pro plan but it’s not registering on my site

    Hi, the proplan payment has gone through from PayPal, and I can see the transaction in my purchases, but it’s not showing on my site. Can you advise?

    Hi @meowpurrscratch, one of my colleagues spotted the issue: the domain registration didn’t go through properly, and that held up the purchase.

    I’m refunding that for you so you can try again. You might try buying the plan first, skipping the domain, and then adding it once the plan purchase has gone through. That way you can reach support a bit faster if you need help.
