I have paid for the premium account but my whole site has disappeared

    Hi Everyone– I have paid for a premium account but my whole blog and domain have disappeared. Please help.

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    We have absolutely no history of sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    What is the URL of the site you upgraded?

    https://foundkitchenco.com/ belongs to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re currently logged in to.

    I started at gmail email but changed it to the (email visible only to moderators and staff) email. As you should be able to see from my records.

    And also above as you sent my verify email to the parkcenturyemail.

    I want to cancel the subscription completely. And get a full refund please.

    I started at gmail email but changed it to the [redacted] email.

    That email address is on the domain’s WHOIS record, but not the WordPress.com account. The account which owns the domain, paid plan, and site, is under a Gmail address.

    I want to cancel the subscription completely. And get a full refund please.

    These can be canceled and refunded from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases but only under the WordPress.com account which owns them.

    Please understand that we cannot cancel one account’s property because another account requests it.
