I have paid on my Duskflyer website for it to be upgraded to a Personal plan.

    The email below was sent to me. I have since made the payment by link she has sent but no one has remedied the situation and my Duskflyer website is still a free website. I have sent many emails back and have not gotten a response. Please read below.

    Hi Tommie,

    This is Delilah with the Payment Operations team.

    It looks like the dispute for the Premium Plan charge on duskflyervisionart.wordpress.com (duskflyer.com) is still showing as open and under review on our end. While the dispute is open we’re unable to apply the payment to your account as the payment processor will hold the payment until the bank or your card issuer has confirmed cancellation or they’ve gone through the entire dispute process (which typically takes 2-3 months). If you’ve cancelled the dispute, there can be a delay in the update from the bank/card issuer to our payment processor. In this case we can wait until our payment processor has confirmed the dispute has been cancelled and returns the payment to us, or if you want to add a plan right away we can send over a payment link that includes the plan cost + the chargeback fee. This amount will be refunded when the original payment is returned to us.

    Hi there!

    It appears you’re posting from a different WordPress.com account than the one that owns the site/subscriptions. We also responded to the email address used on the other WordPress.com account. Can you make sure to check the inbox for the email address used on your other account, not the @duskflyervisions one?
