I have problem to purchase for the plan I need i tried so hard but still there’s a problem in my Visa card I don’t know what this problem is, every time I try it tells me transaction is rejected please try another card

    I have money in my card so what’s the problem I have 8$ for the plan but I’m not sure if I have the annual amount of money that’s 98 $ so should I have 98 $ to complete my purchase? Or there’s another problem? Thank you

    Hi there,

    On our end it seems the error message is that the card is declined for insufficient funds. Please note that you had added the yearly plan, not monthly, to your cart, so you were being charged for the full year.

    I have emptied your cart, so before you add your upgrade, please be sure to choose the monthly option as shown here:
