My theme purchase is not available when I try to add a new theme under appearance link. I have paid for the .com option for http://www.oldsalians.com and paid for SiteGround’s hosting for the site. But when I try to add a theme it is not available as an option.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
