  When I try to embed a Facebook video it doesn’t show, a Youtube video however does. Also when trying to embed a Zenfolilo slideshow, again nothing shows after updating the post.

  I insert the embed code in the window for text and I see the frame of the video/slideshow, but when I update, it disappears.
  I have updated my Flash software, tried three different browsers, emptied my cookies and caches, tried by inserting the gigya shortcode, and read countless posts in WP fora and help sites to resolve this problem, nothing helps. Can you?

  For videos, we can only support embedding from these providers: http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/

  For other embeds, we cannot allow code which contains Flash, iframe, Javascript, or form elements for security reasons. However, you can embed slidehows from SlideShare and Scribd:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/scribd/

  We no longer support the Gigya shortcode here. It may work in some cases, but we can no longer guarantee it.
