I have registered with WordPress.com but I need my Plug-ins
-
I registered my url and upgraded my wordpress blog for a one year package:
WordPress Value Bundle (more info)Domain Name & Mapping
10GB Space Upgrade
No Ads
Custom Design
VideoPressExpiring Will stop functioning on January 10, 2013: $99.00 USD per year
I want to migrate my wordpress site to third party server like Go Daddy so I can use plugins.
What is the best way to do this. Will I forfeit my payment of $99 at WordPress for my bundle? What money can I be refunded? And will my site have all the current functionality it already does + plugins and hosting files?
Please advise.
Thanks!

From the bundles support document:
Refunds
We provide a 30-day refund for bundle upgrades except where a bundle contains Domain Registrations. The refund period will end 48 hours after registration of a new domain name linked to the bundle. If the bundle is eligible for a refund, you will see a Cancel and Refund button for the bundle subscription under My Subscriptions on the Store page.
The domain name you purchased can be pointed at your new web host, so there is at least that. The 48 hours is the limit placed by the partnering domain registrar I am pretty sure.
The self-hosted installation, out of the box will have less features than here at wordpress.com and you will have to find plugins to bring back that functionality. The Jetpack plugin from here at wordpress.com will bring back a good bit of the functionality for you though.
All of your content here will have to be exported and then imported into the new site. The theme you are using here and any widget content will not be included in the export. You will have to find the theme you are using either at the wordpress.ORG theme directory or find it on the internet somewhere. Any custom text widgets you have created will have to have the content moved over by copy and past.

Every day we see people leaving because they “need plugins” and every day it seems that most of the ones who are leaving don’t need plugins at all; they just need to know how to get the same tasks done here.
What exactly do you wish to accomplish with these plugins? Be as specific as possible and we can probably provide specific ways to get to the same goals without moving and forfeiting your payments.

Could I have a separate server host some pages that are made to look like sub pages oh my WordPress site? But it’s actually on a different domain. By making a button to a page that’s actually hosted somewhere else?
I don’t want to mess with the way my site looks and works now by taking it out of wordpress.com
All I really want to do us have a secret page that can only be accessed if viewer has the password, where they can view a flash mp3 player with download Links to the exclusive mixes.
Is there any work around to do this in word press?

Yes, you can do that using Custom Menus. Or you can Password Protect pages. Both of those things are relatively easy. You can also create a page and just not include it on the custom menu at all, and only give the link out in emails or something. Just cruise around the Support Documents looking up Privacy, Password Protect, Custom Menus, etc and you’ll soon learn how easy it is.
