I was building an Elementor and Wpbakery site, its live now , ruu.world .. why is my wordpress account saying i have no sites?!

That’s correct. You don’t have any WordPress.com hosted sites. The site that you have inquired about uses the different version of WordPress.
You are set up on the open source WordPress.org software – not under our managed hosting environment at WordPress.com.
