I have subscribe for 2 package in wordpress on Oct 17th but now my account is deleted

  Hi, can anyone help me?
  My account have been deleted whereas I had subscribed 2 packaged on Oct 17th to established a website. Now since it is deleted, how can I continue my website considering that I have paid for it? Can anyone/ happiness officer help me to recover my account? Thank you!

  I don’t see any recent purchases on the account you’re contacting us from. Your only purchase is a Personal plan for balibizconsulting.com, but you have canceled that two years ago.

  Are you referring to some other site? If you are please let me know its address.

  Hi fstat,

  I dont have the link and for some reason in my credit card have deducted the “wordpress billing” but since I dont have the link, I don’t know what it is?

  Can you check if there is any purchases being made on 17th October under (email visible only to moderators and staff) OR (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

  If the charge indeed comes from WordPress.com, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this.
