    If you already have hosting and domain with a third party, it means your site uses the open source wordpress.org.
    Wordpress.com and wordpress.org are two completely different and unrelated platforms, https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
    If you want to move your site to the wordpress.com platform, you don’t need domain and hosting with a third party as both are included in the eCommerce Plan.
