  I have two separate accounts under the same email and I would like to delete this one without disrupting the other one

  You can delete only the undesired account by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  With that said, we only allow one account per email address here, so it would not have been possible to create two accounts with the same email address.

  What is the URL of the site on the other account?

  The URL to my other account is joeycassata.com

  My wordpress account for that domain was made through bluehost so would that make a separate wordpress account?

  Ah yes, that is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, hosted through Bluehost.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  So, you won’t affect that site by deleting this account.
