  It looks like you purchased the WordPress.com Premium plan. The Premium plan does not include any premium themes.

  The WordPress.com Premium plan includes the following upgrades:

  – Domain Name & Mapping
  – 10 GB Space Upgrade
  – No Ads
  – Custom Design
  – VideoPress

  Did you mean to purchase a theme? Or the Unlimited Themes upgrade?
