I have website built on WP. But WP is unable to recognise my mail id

  I am running my website since last three months which is built on WP but now If i want to open my wp-admin, it is not recognizing my mail id. I have gone for account setting, I have added my mail id, b ut now what. Please help me out. I am struck up

  Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. You appear to have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums. Please post your question at the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
  If you don’t have a username at that forum, you’ll need to register before posting.
