    I just paid for a 1 year sub but it said it will update in 11 mounts in May 27. Why do I louse 1 month sub?

    Hi there,

    You didn’t lose a month — your upgrade is good for a full year. When you have auto renew enabled on an upgrade, we renew that upgrade 30 days in advance to ensure we have enough time to help you out with any issues that may come up during the renewal process. That’s why it says the upgrade will be renewed 11 months from now. However, that renewal adds another full year on top of the year you just purchased.
