I just renewed my site for 2 years and my site I had had looks like a generic

  please help, it took me so long to build a site and now when I renewed it the back end asks me to get started with some generic site, i want the old site I made to stay, help. I need help and a call [redacted]

  The only sites I see on your WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

  • livelocalevents.wordpress.com

  I can see that this site was created a few years ago (perhaps you were evaluating our platform at the time) but no site was set up, and the site has remained untouched until now.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
