If you purchased an upgrade and are logged in with the Admin account, you should be able to access the contact form here. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
What subscription did you purchase?

Thank you so much! I was so tired last night I should have waited! I purchased the $35 package, I believe it was–the 2nd out of 3. This morning, trying to customize it, I noticed the big package on sale for $99, and realized I should have gotten that.. After much searching for a contact telephone number, I gave up and posted. Thank you again for getting back with me–it was much appreciated! Sandy

Uh… … well, you are so right! I just went over and checked Paypal, and what I had paid for was a domain name to someone, because the one I wanted here wasn’t available (although it had not been used for 2 years)… I’m so sorry! I’ll try to find my way back to the home again so I can sign up for the package. I’m very sorry to have bothered you! This is like riding a bull for me. Thank you so much for checking for me!
