I keep getting a domain map redirect error, and have tried recommended fixes.

I transferred my domain to your paid hosting and it keeps giving me a redirect error. I originally was hosting with wordpress.com an dused namecheap to buy the domain and redirect to my WP page. I saw SEO is better if the domain is mapped on WP, so I obught the WP $13.00 per year package. I went to namecheap and clicked the proper button indicited in help, and added the names in the proper spots: in each field: NS1.WORDPRESS.COM then field 2: NS2.WORDPRESS.COM then field 3: NS1.WORDPRESS.COM as directed. I saved the changes. On the WP end, I went to domains and clicked the radio button for montanasantabillings.com instead of wisedoggs.wordpress.com , as montanasantabillings.com is my mapped domain. Every time I try to go to montanasantabillings.com I get the error”This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at http://wisedoggs.wordpress.com/ has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.”
I have tried multiple browsers, cleared cookies and cache, even other computers. I get the same error. I have looked up numerous help pages and troubleshooting, but no solutions have worked. I need this site running VERY QUICKLY, as a new business is opening soon. Also, moving the domain servers from namecheap changed my email. I went to the email DNS and added the MS code, and it accepted it, but I don’t think the email is working. Any ideas? Many solutions for the domain involved PHPadmin, and I believe wordpress.com greatly limits access to such features, so I could not follow some of them.

I am trying it on multiple computers, and they all are giving me the redirect loop. When anyone goes to montanasantabillings.com the url flips back and forth between wisedoggs.wordpress.com and montanasantabillings.com and then gives the redirect error. I am supposed to click the radion button for montanasantabillings.com as the primary, right?

I removed the CNAME in your Custom DNS Records. Could you please give it another try?

I tried it again, no luck. I also tried it on several computers, and with several browsers. Whether I type in montanasantabillings.com or wisedoggs.wordpress.com I get the same redirect error. As far as I can tell the email is working fine, [email removed] . If you need any additional screenshots for diagnosis help, please let me know. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROMPT ATTENTION AND HELP ON THIS MATTER!

I’m sorry, please note that DNS records changes might take up to 24-48 hours before they are fully propagated. Feel free to send us a screenshot when it’s not working tomorrow

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
