I keep getting the Not Found page when trying to customize my site.

Here is exactly what the page reads when I click ‘customize’:
    ‘Not Found
The requested URL /~pawsitn2/wp-admin/customize.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at box5148.temp.domains Port 443’
I’ve recently been getting the ‘New WordPress Site Coming Soon’ page when I tried to customize or even view my site. I finally figured out how to get rid of that, but I’ve been getting this Not Found page ever since (now only through trying to customize it).
    Please help.

No, that thing is wrong. The blog I need help with is pawsitivetraveling.com and not pawsitivetraveling.wordpress.com. I created the free one by accident. By the way, since I’m already here, how do I delete the free one?

    Hi xemazero,

There appears to be an issue with the Jetpack connection for pawsitivetraveling.com. Please deactivate and delete the Jetpack plugin and then reinstall and connect it from the dashboard on pawsitivetraveling.com — click the “Connect to WordPress.com” button and they try customising the site through your WordPress.com account again.

By the way, since I’m already here, how do I delete the free one?

pawsitivetraveling.wordpress.com can be deleted with these steps:

    Delete a Website

Let me know how you get on with reconnecting Jetpack.

    Thanks for your response gemmacevans,
I deactivated jetpack, but now I can’t find my site on wordpress at all.
I logged into Bluehost and my site is up there and I tried to activate Jetpack, but it’s asking me to pay for it. Have I not paid for it already?

UPDATE: I tried logging out and back in to WordPress and all the sudden everything works! I never reactivated Jetpack, but it says it is connected now and is syncing just fine. I am now able to customize my page.
Does everything look good from your end?

    Hi xemazero,

That’s great to hear! I can see pawsitivetraveling.com listed in your account so it looks like you are all set :)
