I keep having issues with logging in or even resetting my password

    Right now I am using 000webhosting and when I try to log into my WordPress account it either tells me wrong password or it throws me into my other account I didn’t know I had. I have an account through my (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff). I don’t remember making the account for (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I have an account under that email and it has stuff from waaaayy back that I don’t remember add or even making. When I try to log into the (email visible only to moderators and staff) account it doesn’t let me but when I try to reset the password for it I don’t get any reset emails. I am just very confused at this moment how and what anything is connecting too.

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Please note that a WordPress site hosted by 000webhosting (or any other hosting service) uses the WordPress.org software. We provide support for WordPress.com sites on this forum. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    If you’re unable to log in to the site, please contact 000webhosting. As the site is on their servers, only they can help you with logging in to the site.
