I lost my access to my blogs

My name is Tela Leão. I have created 4 blogs with WordPress. One of them for my hysband R. Engelander. Now it seems all my blogs are his… and I don’t have access to my blogs anymore. I thought I had forgotten my password then I tried to change and in fact I may have created even more confusion. The bligs are:
