I lost my access to the site

  I cleaned up my gmail, and therefor i accedently also lost my access to my web page, i have to change the page cause we do different kind of work now, and the page have to tell that as well.. but i dont know how to get access, im kinda a noob online, but i managed to build the page in the first place.. but now im lost.. can you help me..
