I lost my authentication codes and can’t log into my account

  Hello,

  I can log into my account with password but stuck at the authentication codes. I don’t have backup codes and I lost the device since I created long time ago. Please help me to regain the account again. And I just paid the domain registration at 2nd of June. I have the transaction ID with me too. Anyone can help here?

  As you have a paid account, simply use the Transaction ID – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/verify-ownership/#transaction-id

  Yes, I did try to fill in the recovery form. But it said since I still can receive the emails from the registered email address, I can’t ask for the recovery. what should I do?

  And I can’t even submit the recovery form due to the reason that my email address is still working as it said.
