I lost my new text

    I spent hours working with a new post. I changed to new editor, that worked fine. When I tried to preview the post, there was an error message. I kept saving it, but seems that was not working either. When I tried to publish it, an error message again. THen I returned to the old editor, and I lost the whole piece. I cannot find it.

    Can you please try going to the new editor at https://wordpress.com/post/ and see if there’s a message there to restore the post?

    When you’re working in the new post editor, your drafts are saved locally in your browser’s local storage. That way, if there are any errors connecting to WordPress.com (for example, if you lose your internet connection while you’re working) your changes are saved in your browser itself. In that case, you’ll see an option in the new editor to restore the post you were working on.
